Founded in 2004 by James R. “Rick” Boyles, Computer Networks, Inc. is dedicated to assisting medical practices and small businesses manage their computers and technology. Extensive technology and service experience allow our team to develop an understanding of each customer’s unique computing requirements, and to respond to those requirements quickly and effectively.
Experience as Field Service Engineer with Medic/Misys/Allscripts for EHR Installation
Rick is a former Field Service Engineer with Medic/Misys/Allscripts and at the time of his departure, was one of seven AIS (Advanced Implementation Services) Engineers in the company charged with overseeing the installation of Electronic Health Records (EHR) between South Carolina and Massachusetts.

In recent years, our mission and focus have added HIPAA security and HIPAA compliance to our focus on productivity and uptime. Because our typical client is a Medical Practice with 10 – 200 employees, HIPAA and all of the rules and regulations surrounding HIPAA, have moved to the forefront.

Customer Satisfaction

If within 30 days of installation you are not completely satisfied with the performance, we will cancel the contract and refund your payment.
