- We will run an external vulnerability scan to determine if your network is exposed to hackers and criminals on the Internet.
- We will inspect the tested machines to ensure that an Endpoint Detection & Response (antivirus) software is installed and working.
- Review your server logs to uncover developing problems and conflicts that will turn into unexpected downtime.
- We will inspect the integrity of your data backups. (Note: Tape backups have a 100% failure rate; don’t wait for a crisis to hit before you discover yours weren’t working!)
